Super-duper cutie-pie Josh Kloss strong and silently stars in the new video for "Teenage Dream."  You may remember him as Luke's buff bff on The OC, although probably not because he was sporting early 2000s hair and was only a minor character for five episodes. 

It's not hard to see why Katy stopped kissing girls and started making out underwater with this California Boy.  Josh is so hot he'll melt your dreamsicle!
